Tim Hoelting and Jerry Jones of Highland Park Builders have developed a
solid reputation in the home building industry. This family orientated building company

they build.
Much of Tim and Jerry's success is a result of their common goals and
personal histories: Tim's father, Albert Hoelting, an award-winning builder
renowned for his old-fashioned work ethics and attention to detail,
instructed his sons in those same fundamental values. In every home he
builds, Tim meets and exceeds the legacy his dad left behind.
Also no stranger to hard work, Jerry began his career as a plumbing contractor.
From the start, he established high standards for his employees and the jobs
they were assigned with customer satisfaction as the first priority.
A few years later, he made a bold but successful career move by creating
a construction company dedicated to the same principles. Early in 2008, Jerry obtained
his Kansas Real Estate Agent License. His achievement provides another level of
service and savings to our customers.
With almost 50 years of home construction experience between them,

Todd Pitts, Superintendent
Todd Pitts comes from a family of builders and has been actively involved in
homebuilding since 1985. His willingness to include buyers throughout the
process is testimony to the quality of the homes he builds and his commitment to
customer satisfaction.
When not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
